DIAMOND DENIM LIMITED
Octapult was engaged to design and roll-out Diamond Denim brand foundation and customer pitch for industrial sales team apart from establishing their web presence. We have also designed and implemented a Graduate programme in 2015 to help source high potential talent from local universities to form part of their growing marketing team.
SAPPHIRE DAIRIES LIMITED
Octapult offered consulting and operational services to Sapphire Dairies home grown milk delivery brand White Gold. We were engaged in designing business processes from customer experience to credit management, organizational development and customer recruitment modules.
SAPPHIRE FOODS
Octapult worked on prepared a detailed financial model/feasibility for Safl as part of Sapphire’s efforts to enter the value added processed dairy market. Segments studies included UHT milk, Pasteurized milk and yogurt, Desserts and Flavored Yogurt and final Cheese. The project feasibility was implemented by setting up a HOT team within Sapphire, including consultation with international consultants.
