Octapult worked on prepared a detailed financial model/feasibility for Safl as part of Sapphire’s efforts to enter the value added processed dairy market. Segments studies included UHT milk, Pasteurized milk and yogurt, Desserts and Flavored Yogurt and final Cheese. The project feasibility was implemented by setting up a HOT team within Sapphire, including consultation with international consultants.
